Construction Management

When you need the project managed rather than self built, we act as the construction manager. We hold the budget and the schedule, bid and coordinate the trades, and give the owner clear reporting so there are no surprises at the end.

Built for work that cannot slip

Developers and multifamily builders who have the project but need a professional to carry the day to day and protect the budget.

How we run it

The owner sees where cost and schedule stand at every step. When something moves, we say so early and bring options, not just problems.

What is included

  • Budget development and cost tracking against the plan
  • Master schedule and look ahead scheduling
  • Trade buyout, bid leveling, and contract administration
  • Submittals, RFIs, and change management
  • Owner reporting, pay applications, and closeout

Construction Management, answered

What does a construction manager actually do?

A construction manager runs the project for the owner. That means holding the budget and schedule, buying out and coordinating the trades, managing submittals and changes, and reporting so the owner always knows where things stand.

How is this different from a general contractor?

As general contractor we hold the trade contracts and build the work. As construction manager we manage delivery on the owner's behalf. We do both, and we will tell you which fits your project.

How do you keep a project on budget?

We build a real budget in preconstruction, track every cost against it, and flag variances while there is still room to act. No end of job surprises.

Have a construction management project to build?

Send us the project and we will come back to you on scope, budget, and schedule.
